Don't let their commonplace, button-like appearance fool you-- Cocoa Mints are a great little candy. They're super fast to make, and have a strong, minty flavor and a deep, dark cocoa taste. Their taste and texture resembles a chocolate-mint cookie dough, and they will keep for several weeks after you make them. I love them plain, but they're extra amazing dipped in chocolate.
